Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment, typically between 2 to 5 business days. This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and hand-off to our shipping carrier. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

In cases of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather delays or supply chain disruptions), processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Time & Method
After processing is complete, your order will be shipped and is expected to arrive within 7 to 12 business days. Shipping duration depends on your location and the efficiency of the local postal service. Our logistics partners ensure that packages are delivered as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey until it arrives at your door.
